Here are my recommended financial resources. I have used these products in my personal life to improve my financial station or get the knowledge needed to see if I want to invest my time and money into it. The last statement would be especially true for the books by Bigger Pockets on real estate investing. There are a lot of options out there so it is best to pick one and go with it. The list below will help you figure out what the main options would be for real estate.

Figuring Out Your Net Worth

I recommend Personal Capital to figure out your net worth. Get $20 when you sign up and link the app to a retirement account with at least $1k in it.

If you know know what that means check out this article for how to know your net worth.

Trading stocks With No fees

I recommend Robinhood for 0 fee trading. You can also buy fractional shares with Robinhood. This means that you can own $5 of Apple stock if you wanted.

Real Estate Investing Trust (REIT)

Want to own real estate for as low as $100? You can get into real estate because as Mark Twain once said, “They aren’t making anymore land.” A REIT is a way to crowdfund your money for a company to fund the building of new apartment buildings and homes and you make a dividend quarterly. This is actually passive income. So check out Fundrise today.

Personal Loans

Sometimes it makes sense to apply for a personal loan with SoFi so that you can save money on interest payments.

If you haven’t read my article on how to save $3000 in 3 months check it out for lots of great advice anyone can and should do to save money.

Apply for 0% Introductory Balance Credit Cards

If you can stop using credit cards then getting a new one to transfer the balance to pay fewer fees is an option. Nerd Wallet has a list of them here.

Need Help Launching Your Online Business?

If you want to get started on blogging then I highly recommend the course I went through that made this site possible:

Passive Income Pathways Lite for $7 a month – it includes all the training you need to get your blog created / setup / working and your first posts published.

Passive Income Pathways Plus for $49 a month – this includes everything in the Lite plus Affiliate Marketing / Etsy and other training to take you to $1k a month in revenue.

Passive Income Pathways VIP for $97 a month – this is the level I am in and I can tell you that I have paid far more per month for training half or even 25% as good. It has all the stuff in Lite / Plus and a slew of courses, but that isn’t what is great about this. You get access via a Facebook group and weekly Zoom calls to a network of people and training. It is designed to help take you to $10k per month in revenue.
